Important information about shipping, returns, and payment
Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is carried out by Haypost and typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Express delivery is available in Yerevan and Ararat region. Express delivery is completed within 1 business day. If the order is confirmed in the second half of the day (after 14:00), express delivery is completed in 2 days. In case of order delay or product unavailability, you will receive compensation.

  • Orders are dispatched from our local warehouses once the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Tracking information will be available in your account once the order is shipped.
  • If an address change is required after an order is placed, contact support immediately.
Return & Refund

You have the right to exchange or return the product if the delivered product does not match the description on the website or has manufacturing or factory defects. Exchange/return is possible only if the product has not been used, the appearance and product labels are preserved. We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days after delivery. By decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, care and cosmetic products are an exception, which are not subject to return or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Orders can be canceled before delivery; once the delivery is en route, cancellation may not be possible.
Payment

We support bank transfer and cash payment methods. For bank transfers, please follow the instructions provided during checkout. We do not store payment card details on our servers for security reasons.

  • Bank transfer details are requested only when you choose that payment method. For correct payment, please follow the instructions provided in the Payment Instructions.
  • Online card payments are handled by our payment provider; card details are not stored on our servers.
  • If payment disputes arise, our support team will assist and may request verification documents.
